First Relief®

The First Relief® percutaneous electrical nerve field stimulator (PENS) is designed to administer auricular neurostimulation treatment over 168 hours. Stimulation is performed by sending electrical pulses emitted through needles strategically positioned in the ear. The ear provides numerous points for stimulation within a small area.

First Relief® neurostimulation therapy has been cleared by the FDA to treat neuropathic pain in Type II diabetics. First Relief® therapy allows

neurostimulation over a period over 16 weeks using 8 treatments while offering the patient a high degree of comfort and mobility. First Relief® neurostimulation therapy has been cleared by the FDA to treat neuropathic pain in Type II diabetics. First Relief® therapy allows neurostimulation over a period over 16 weeks using 8 treatments while offering the patient a high degree of comfort and mobility.

First Relief v1 therapy has been cleared by the FDA to reduce functional abdominal pain in patients with irritable bowel syndrome First Relief v1 therapy allows neurostimulation over 3 weeks using 3 treatments while offering the patient a high degree of comfort and mobility.

Use of the First Relief® therapy allows for a minimized use of opioid agonist treatment and in some cases may eliminate it.

First Relief® devices come packaged 10 to a box.

The DrugRelief® percutaneous electrical nerve field stimulator (PNFS) is designed to administer auricular neurostimulation treatment over 120 hours. Stimulation is performed by sending electrical pulses emitted through needles strategically positioned in the ear. The ear provides numerous points for stimulation within a small area. DrugRelief® neurostimulation therapy is used mainly to reduce the symptoms of drug withdrawal during detoxification.

Drug Relief® therapy allows continuous neurostimulation over a period of 5 days while offering the patient a high degree of comfort and mobility. Use of the Drug Relief® therapy allows for a minimized use of opioid agonist treatment and in some cases may eliminate it.

DrugRelief® devices come packaged 5 to a box.

Primary Relief®

The Primary Relief® percutaneous electrical nerve field stimulator (PENS) is designed to administer auricular neurostimulation treatment over 72 hours. Stimulation is performed by sending electrical pulses emitted through needles strategically positioned in the ear. The ear provides numerous points for stimulation within a small area.

Primary Relief® neurostimulation therapy is used mainly to manage post surgical pain.

It has been cleared by the FDA, initially, for post Cesarean section pain and cardiac surgery. Primary Relief® therapy allows neurostimulation over a period over 3 days while offering the patient a high degree of comfort and mobility. Use of the Primary Relief® therapy allows for a minimized use of opioid agonist treatment and in some cases may eliminate it.

The ANSiScope ECG Monitoring System and accessories, is intended to acquire, analyze, display and record electrocardiographic information and to measure heart rate variability. These and other
measurements are not intended for any specific clinical diagnosis. The clinical significance of HRV and other parameters must be determined by the physician.

The ANSiscope® patient monitor is a safe, non-invasive monitoring device designed for the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS).

The ANSiscope® device provides the fundamental Heart Rate Variability functions, such as Autonomic Dysfunction, ANS Monitoring and the 30:15 ratio test. Other features of the product help medical professionals better understand symptoms that affect the ANS; such as chronic pain, the onset and tracking of diabetes, and all disorders that affect the ANS. The ANSiscope® device operates in real-time, and is ideal for use in any professional medical environment…from a physician’s private practice to a hospital operating room. The ANSiscope® device also helps physicians act quicker to improve the health of their patients. The new handheld ANSiscope® device has a large screen display. Addtionally, all functions performed by the ANSiscope® device can be viewed on the large screen monitor.

The results obtained from measurement applications are recorded in an Electronic Patient Record creating an electronic equivalent of the patient paper folder. All measurements are automatically recorded in the patient folder for later transmission to a computer for storage and printout.

The ANSiscope comes preloaded with the ability to make 50 ANS measurements. Two types of measurement pacs are available – a 50 pac and a 100 pac. Upon purchasing one of these measurement pacs the measurement counter in the ANSiscope will get updated automatically.

The ANSiscope® device includes applications for medical professionals related to the following:

  • The Autonomic Nervous System
  • ANS Monitoring
  • Primary Relief – Auricular Percutaneous Nerve Stimulation (PENS) Therapy

The clinical research application allows researchers to:

  • Process the raw ECG/RR interval data obtained using different analysis techniques.
  • Process the existing data to update the results (using the ANSiscope® technology), and update the existing research and published papers.

Users of the ANSiscope® device are provided with immediate access to customer support worldwide through the ANS Competency Center. Simple pressing of the designated icon positioned on the ANSiscope® device connects users to the DyAnsys ANS Center for assistance.

Additionally, medical providers have the ability to participate and interact with colleagues all over the world via the ANS Forum application.

ECScope 100™

ECScope 100 is designed to acquire, display and record ECG signals from surface electrodes. The device consists of two basic components: the processing unit and the patient acquisition module.

ECScope 100 is a multi-channel electrocardiograph for the simultaneous acquisition of the 12 ECG leads i.e L1, L2, L3 (3 limb leads), aVR, aVL, aVF (3 derived augmented leads), V1, V2, V3, V4, V5
and V6 (6 chest leads) featuring display unit, alphanumeric keyboard and an option to print the ECG data by transferring the image file to computer

through USB key or direct printing through through connected printer.

ECScope 100 can record and store in its database up to 30 ECG tests each of which can include patient data, doctor’s information and ECG measurements.

ECScope 100 is intended to be used by a licensed healthcare practitioner or under the direct supervision of a licensed healthcare practitioner in a hospital or healthcare environment. These measurements are not intended for a specific clinical diagnosis.

The clinical significance of the ECG tracings must be determined by the physician in conjunction with clinician’s knowledge of patient, the results of physical examination and other physical findings.
